Our team of alarm centre is available 24 hours to help our patients in medical and non medical assistance such as, emergency call, home visit, home care, evacuation and epatriation arrangements for special cases, also sorting out all administration purposes such as coordinating and arranging with patient's insurance to provide cashless medical services, helping patient by contacting their family in their home country, flight arrangements, hotel arrangements, etc.

Each room are facilitated with Air conditioner, Cable TV, Hot and cold water, visitors area, electric adjustable hospital bed with oxygen central, fridge, emergency nurse button, lodger bed/ sofa bed for family, and our nurse will be available just outside your door for quick response.

Our ambulance is ready 24 hours to transport our patient, weather its for picking up patient from hotel or their home, or taking our patient to the airport, should there be an evacuation or repatriation case. Our ambulance is also equipped with an advance life support system.
