Admission
For outpatient service, if you wish to get convenience service, you may make registration by phone and our admission staff will help you. Or you can directly register to our outpatient registration counter.
For inpatient service, our staff is able to confirm the availability of a room type on time of your admission; this is due to the uncertainty of discharges and emergency admission in the hospital. However, if we are unable to provide you with the room of your admission, we will make the transfer as soon as your prefer type is available.
If your employer has agreement with us or you are a member one of listed insurance, our staff will request you to show the membership card and following some requirements agreed by both party.
Payment
If your payment is guaranteed by your employer or insurance which is have agreement with Kasih Ibu Hospital, our staff will request you to show reference/guarantee letter or your membership identity of your company work for or insurance you have.. |

Reference Letter from companies or insurance that do not have agreement with Kasih Ibu Hospital is not valid. And you will be requested to settle the payment personally.
If your payment is guaranteed by your employer or insurance which have agreement with our hospital, you don't have to do any payment after you have our service. But, this is not valid if your employer or insurance do not have agreement with Kasih Ibu Hospital.
To make sure your benefit and service procedure in Kasih Ibu Hospital, please ask to the right person in charge in your company or insurance.
